Every parent or guardian with a remote learner MUST fill out this form to indicate whether your child will stay remote or will return to in-person for the 3rd Quarter.
NOTE: unlike the fall, you MUST complete a new form for
EVERY CHILD INDIVIDUALLY.
APPLICATION DEADLINE:
This form must be received no later than 3:00 pm on December 16, 2020.
Those electing to return to the buildings will come to school in person on Tuesday, January 5, 2021. For those who wish to remain learning remotely will remain remote until at least March 15th.
