Welcome to the Student Services Department!

At Washington Court House City Schools, we are committed to ensuring that every student receives the support they need to succeed. The Student Services Department plays a vital role in fostering academic achievement, personal growth, and overall well-being by providing comprehensive support systems tailored to meet individual student needs.

Our department oversees key areas essential to student success, including:

  • 504 Plans – Providing a written plan of accommodations to ensure students with disabilities that impact them substantially have access to the general education curriculum.
  • Attendance Services – Promoting regular school attendance and addressing barriers that may prevent students from engaging fully in their education.
  • Social Work Services – Connecting students and families with resources to support emotional well-being, mental health, and overall stability.
  • Homelessness Services - Ensuring access to resources for students experiencing homelessness. 
  • English Learner (EL) Services - Students for whom English is a second language may qualify for tutoring to support English language development.
