Hello! My name is Beth Campbell. I am originally from Washington Court House, Ohio. I attended Capital University for a year and then transferred to Cedarville University, where I completed my education and received my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.
I am now starting my third year of teaching at Belle Aire Intermediate, and I am thoroughly enjoying the experience. I teach fifth grade Language Arts and Social Studies. The best part of being a Language Arts teacher is seeing the kids find what they're interested in and then learn to love to read. Also, I love seeing students work hard to understand a concept and then have that 'Aha!' moment.
I have been married to Mike for 17 years and we have 4 children, two boys and two girls. Their names from oldest to youngest are Elijah, Addison, Hannah, and Reilly. We also have two Labrador Retrievers, Barkley who is yellow and Daisy who is black. I love to sing and read, and I enjoy so much going to watch my kids participate in the various sports that they play. In the fall, Elijah runs cross country and he and Addison both play soccer. In the spring, Reilly plays baseball, and Elijah plays tennis. Hannah has taken gymnastics, and she will be playing soccer next fall.
I love getting to know my students and I'm so excited to work with each of them and watch them grow throughout the year.
