If you already registered in May
you DO NOT need to attend this registration.
Children must be 5 years old by August 1st to register. Parents need to bring their children for a
short assessment.
Please bring the following
documents to register your child:
• Birth Certificate
• Immunization Record
• Proof of Custody (if applicable)
