Hello! My name is James A. Carr. I am originally from Washington Court House, Ohio. I received both my bachelor's and Master's degree from THE Ohio State University.
I am married to Kelli Carr and we have four children: GB Carr, a freshman at Mount Union University, Ashton Carr, a junior at WHS, Chandler Carr, an 8th grader at WMS, and our three year old daughter, Raven.
