The purpose of the school wide Cherry Hill Positive Behavior Project is to acknowledge and inspire students' positive choices and resultant good behavior. School recognition and parent awareness will be utilized to motivate student behavior.
Staff members will receive golden tickets and certificates to present to students when they are caught making good choices using one of the above mentioned "pillars." The golden tickets will go in a box for a weekly drawing. The certificates will be sent home so parents can see what their children have done at school.
Each month there will be a Character Education assembly where traits will be introduced and taught. The children and staff will also participate in the "Six Pillar Shuffle."
